On Monday Penrith & District Farmers’ Mart LLP held their fortnightly sale of Prime Cattle.

Great quality was on offer with the returns to match, Messrs Pearson, Manor Farm, sold a pair of British Blue X heifers to 329.5ppk, topping at £2342.75 for 711kg purchased by R Pearson Wholesale Butchers, Bradford.

More clean cattle and prime bulls are required on a fortnightly basis to fulfil the demand of our regular buyers. Our next sale will be on Monday 11th March.
