Every ewe and ram sold to average £179.24. The sale topped at £400 ahead from Mr R Mccann, Northern Ireland with an unbelievable pure-bred Texel selling to Yorkshire Halal Meat Supplies. A further 31 achieving £300 plus. 509 Suffolks Ewes sold to average £197.93 topping at £300 ahead for an ultimate Suffolk x Texel from Mr W Morison, South Bogbain, Aberdeenshire, selling to Romford Halal with this home selling a further 20 ewes over £250 ahead. A grand total of 767 ewes sold over £200 ahead. Scottish Mules topped at £200 ahead for a pen of 12 and a further 17 at £190 from Mr B Dufton, Huntly. The same home sold 11 Cheviot Mules to £211 ahead. Horned ewes fell a long way short of requirements with Mr JF Edgar, Castle Nook selling 11 to £149 ahead with other pens from the same home achieving £131x17, £130x18.
