On Friday Penrith & District Farmers’ Mart LLP held their sale of 10 Dairy Cattle.

A quality consignment of cattle was forward. Messrs GA & D Dent, Winton House, sold a run of 4 pedigree Dairy Shorthorns to average £2008.13, topping at £2205 for lot 3 Winbrook Peeress Rose 34, calved 2-weeks and giving 25kg, a superb strong heifer with an excellent udder, purchased by Messrs NM Strong, Street House.
