On Monday Penrith & District Farmers’ Mart LLP held their fortnightly sale of Prime Cattle.

Prime bulls topped at £1901.34/251.5ppk for a Limousin from Mr D Raine, Old Parks, purchased by R Pearson Wholesale Butchers, with this consignment averaging £1895.06.

More numbers are required on a fortnightly basis to satisfy the demand of our busy ringside of buyers.
