Our Opening sale of Ewes and Lambs went off with a boom, the demand was described as unreal.

The Sale averaged a staggering £91.07 for all full-mouthed ewes and majority broken mouthed.

The sale topped at £118 ahead for Suffolk X Mule Ewes with single lambs from M Peel, Oakdene with this run averaging £96.42.

Brackenbugh Home Farm, Calthwaite sold a run of 40 Broken mouthed Mule ewes with a majority of twin Suffolk lambs at foot to average a staggering £83.43 topping at £88.
