Penrith Breeding Sheep
A small but genuine offering of sheep was forward on Wednesday to plenty of customers keen to purchase.
The sale including a consignment of 50 Mule 3-4 Shear Ewes from Messrs R Ellwood & Sons, Old Mill Flatt. Topping at £186 for a pen of 10 selling to Mr G Fisher, Midtown.
D R & A E Little, Ennerdale sold a run of 25 in lamb Texel X Beltex hoggs to average £145.56 topping at £148.
Our next sale is our opening sale of ewes and lambs and in lamb breeding sheep and will be held on Wednesday 17th March. Entries close Noon Wednesday 10th March.
